This form is for RCOs that are paying for their registration or re-registration fee through an on-campus department. It must be filled out by one of the signers for the group and signed by the Account Manager of the paying Department. Contact the Office of Campus Organizations if you have any questions (949) 824-5181.
The University of California has created an insurance program to cover RCOs for most on-campus events (e.g., low and medium risk events). Events covered by the policy are paid for by the University. However, RCOs are responsible for making sure their event is covered. As you plan your event, it's essential that you make the appropriate insurance arrangements. Don't put it off; take care of the insurance now!
Fraternity & Sororities: RCOs that already have an insurance source, such as fraternities and sororities with national chapters are ineligible for RCO Event Liability coverage. If an insurance source cannot or will not provide coverage for an on-campus event, you may apply for coverage through the TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Program) program.
Click here for more information about the event liability insurance. If you would like to submit an application by fax or mail, download the form below. Remember when completing these forms, please be specific and honest about the event.
If your organization is working with an off-campus vendor, please remember that all vendors working with the RCO must apply for TULIP-Tenant Users Liability Insurance. Vendors can apply for this insurance online here. You can also download the TULIP Application below.
This form must be filled out by RCOs that have received funding from the CORE Funding Board. It must be completed at least 2 weeks after your event. If this form is not completed, then this may hinder your opporuntities for future funding from the CORE Funding Board.
CORE’s Listening Post is an advocacy forum for registered campus organizations to express any concerns, issues, and/or pressing questions directly to the Director of Campus Organizations. Please complete this form to better understand your issue. The form will be reviewed by CORE and the Director of Campus Organizations. If requested, you will receive a response by the Office of Campus Organizations.
Please use this form to invite the Chancellor to your organization's event. More details coming soon.
Invitation Request for the Chancellor Form
Often times a third party (e.g., off campus banks, non-profit organizations, etc.) will ask for organizations to verify that they are an official RCO at UC Irvine. This type of verification can be provided through a letter of authenticity. Your RCO can request a letter of authenticity from the Office of Campus Organizations (Student Center, G306) in person or via e-mail. If you are e-mailing a request, please include the following information:
- Your Name,
- Your E-mail
- Your Phone Number
- Addressee (Who the letter is addressed to)
Email information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for the letter to be processed. You will be contacted once the letter is ready for you to pick up from our office. If you are requesting a PDF version of the document, please indicate so in your request.

RCOs that are formally affiliated with a UCI Department may rent vehicles from UCI Fleet Services. Additional requirements apply and a special vehicle reservation form must be used. Click here for more information.
