NEW ORGANIZATION registration is CLOSED until weeks 9 and 10 of winter quarter. If you are trying to start a new club you will not be contacted until then to complete the process with our office. If you are re-registering your club, please note the fee has gone up to $65.

Welcome to the online process to register your campus organization at UC Irvine for the academic year 2011-2012!
This process will require the input and electronic signature of ALL executive officers (i.e. "President and Vice President;" "Co-Presidents," or "Co-Chairs") and Authorized Signers for your organization.
An executive officer for your organization MUST initiate and finalize the process. Once started, Authorized Signers will be notifed by e-mail to complete their sections.
The registration process has changed since last year, so please review and read each section carefully. If you run into any problems, please contact us immediately. Thank you!
If you are RE-REGISTERING a group and do not see your organization's name in the list of last year's organizations DO NOT create a new organization record. Check with the other members of your organization to make sure someone else hasn't already started the process. If you are unsure CALL Student Life & Leadership (formerly the Office of the Dean of Students) at (949) 824-5181. We will NOT register your organization as a new group if it was registered last year.
Please read below for important changes made to this year’s registration process:
- New organization registration is limited to Weeks 1, 2, 9, and 10 of Winter Quarter, and Weeks 1 and 2 of Spring Quarter. If you are interested in starting a NEW campus organization you must complete the online registration process before these deadlines, in order to be considered for registration.
- Faculty or staff who wish to register a group or be an Authorized Signer for an organization must register as a “Faculty/Staff” organization. This will ensure that your organization is recognized as such and that you are distinguishable from student organizations.
- The re-registration fee is $50 until October 14. Registration after this date will be charged a late fee of $15.00. The fee to register a NEW organization is $50.00.
- Organizations must re-register by October 14 to avoid cancellation of on-campus reservations and lapse in liability insurance coverage.
