campus organizations on-line (COOL) orientation

Every authorized signer of a campus organization is required to take the campus organizations on-line (COOL) orientation. The COOL Orientation consists of a 15 minute power point presentation that goes over different campus organizations guidelines, policies, and procedures. There is a 12 question quiz at the end of the power point that goes over the presented information. To successfully complete COOL you must answer ALL 12 questions correctly. Once you have completed COOL (in addition to completing the Anti-Hazing, Financial Responsibility, Non-discrimination, and Principles of Community agreements) you are officially an authorized signer for your organization.

*Please note that the COOL orientation is updated every academic year. This means all authorized signers are required to take COOL even if they have taken it the previous year.
